Orchid

One of my Mother's Day gifts was this orchid plant, so I decided to play! (taking pictures) Time to meet the scapes!

Played with Adobe Photoshop and took the lighting way down and the contrast up.

More Scapes

I went outside today in my yard and gathered some buds from my lavender plants, onion scapes that are breaking open, some petunias and put them with reindeer moss I had. This arrangement has a vintage look to me. Here the same arrangement on a baby banana plant leaf.

Green onion scapes!

My husband gathered the seed pods, or scapes, to his green onions and brought some in to cook. I grabbed a bunch and took a few pictures to remember them by!
